I feel ya'... Perhaps consider using an app item for scheduling like you mention and Tasks more for a check-off item rather than an event.

@RAINER similar to this calc, how can get a result for BOTH categories to give a result? Eg. IF "employee status" = type A & type B, THEN show "165%"
