This snippet actually works. The error was a case-sensitive javascript error in the comparison. Category field returns the String of the selected value. Duration returns a float.

In fact, I'd like to know what exactly does "All of X" returns for category and duration fields. Is there a way to do a console.log in the Podio calculation field?

+1 It'd be great to have this feature, especially in the context where we create items through email, certain values have to be manually set to the same one every time.
