Automated emails landing in spam/junk mail
Hello everyone, I hope someone can give some insight around this.
For all our projects and services we have a range of automated emails that have been programmed to be sent from Podio, for example:
- appointment reminders
- event reminders
- acknowledgment of form submissions
However, a few people have come back to us to say that the email landed in their spam or junk mail and does every time. Is there a way to avoid this?
