How can I use date format calculation field

Hi, 

I created a calculation field with date format : 

It works :

I need to create a workflow with tasks but I can't because I don't find the calculation fields when filing up the task.

I also tried to create a date format field referring to the calculation field but I didn't find the solution.

Could you help plz ?
