Turn a chat into a ticket or task by identifying key words

I need some way of turning a chat conversation into a Podio ticket or task automatically if certain key words are detected. Example : Users in an organisation may be chatting about a specific project but as soon as someone types "#ticket" as part of the chat I would like something ( workflow) to create a ticket from that conversation.
