NOTES FIELD TRANSFER TO PHONE FIELD

Hello,

Within our current podio CRM, each lead has a list of possible numbers. In the past I would just copy and paste the list of numbers into the note section. I am wondering if there is a formula that would take the phone numbers from the notes section and send them to the phone field and orient the numbers one by one. 

Or if there is a way to paste a list of numbers into the phone field. I am trying to avoid having to enter each number one at a time. Also trying to avoid having to upload an excel spreadsheet each time.
