Referencing relationship on newly created app

Hello,

I am trying to create multiple apps at once and have them reference on another to reference each others data sets.

I am able to make it so upon the creation of the 1st app via webform, it will create the other corresponding apps, however these apps come up as blank as they do not reference the originally created 1st app. How can i get these to reference upon each other automatically upon creation?
