Hi, I'm also seeking an answer to this question if anyone from podio can help out!

From my experience, Podio might not be the best option to send newsletters, unless just you just want to do it as a simple bulk email send.

If that's the case Globimail works for that pretty well (I use it), but if you want to get more from the stats it's not enough, at least for me. Now they have a new plan which is perfect for you to use your own domain for a resonable price.

Although, you can't have click tracking (who clicked where, when), resend to unopened emails or other resend options in a simple way, that in my opinion makes all the difference if you want to get more details from that job.

Maybe this can be done, but it will require a lot of customization.

I use Mailchimp linked with Podio under the Mailchimp for Podio, and still, it's not enough for me to have everything in Podio: who opened; who clicked; clicked where; which campaign; when, etc.

To get that from MC I use SeoTools for Excel and then I import to Podio and run flows to sync everything. It's a bit of work but in my case, it's the fastest solution I found until today.

Anyway, the integration mentioned has already a couple of options that can give a good view of the performance of your campaigns. adding some calculations you can get a bit more (CTR, CTOR, etc).

    Hope it helps.

We tried it and it ruined our domain reputation. Try mailerlite instead - best, cheapest and gdpr conform.

Depends on your expectations. We connected low code platforms with Mautic - Open Source Marketing Automation. Useful for many more use cases ;)

Dirk Spannaus I agree. My perspective is just the average user without marketing, coding or tech background.
