No (Mention) Field Tokens available for selection - Using Real Estate Investment App Pack

I am trying to add a comment with an @Mention to a member. I am not seeing any (Mention) field tokens at all.

This is in a workspace with a new installation of REI Pack. The [(Ref Lead) Lead Assigned To: (Mention)] token appears in a comment in the default 1-0-2 smrtPhone webhook flow. However, no (Mention) field tokens are displayed in the Field Token list.

 

 

Any idea why this is happening and how I can insert a Field Token with (Mention)?

  This is puzzling.  I have no idea where those "mention" tokens came from.  They are not part of the standard REI Pack flows published by the Podio App Team.

  You can add @mentions to the comment using Podio Workflow Automation and the Procfu extension, as shown in this screen shot:

  

   

  Note that the "Lead Assigned To" person needs to be a member of the workspace for this to work as shown.

  Thank you, Bill. Yes, it was very puzzling, but that is the way the flow was when it installed.

  FYI, to follow up on this topic, I was able to get this working without using ProcFu. The @mentions are showing up now.

  Yes, those @mention tokens are available in "comment on item" or " comment on collected" actions as long as the Member/Contact field doesn't have the "Allow sharing this item with non-workspace members" option enabled.
