Dynamic updates by several users in a notes field

My company tracks operations meetings each week. In a notes field, team members update an agenda while the meeting is in progress. How can these changes update dynamically without one user overwriting the other user's edits?

  Multi-line text fields within Podio aren't currently designed to support concurrent editing of content.  I'd suggest using Office 365/Word or Google Docs for this use case, and linking it to your Podio item(s.

  Hey Kim, Better way to resolve this is to simply keep adding comments in that item and an automation to capture comments and show in a calculation field with the notes content, this way it'll be way easier for your teammates to keep adding comments and the automation will keep all notes in a field (with person who made the comment, comment content and also date and time of note), this also solves your concurrent updates functionality which Podio doesn't have yet!
