Remove project start and finish dates

In my work I create B2B advertising campaigns. Normally we are briefed on a launch date and finish date. Sometimes after having put those dates in Podio, the client delays the campaign and it's unknown when this will be planned. I cannot remove the dates, only change them but at that stage I do not have new dates. Hence, planning is not in sync with reality. And I don't want to put them on some fake date in 2050 (if the world is still there ....) any suggestions.
