    Hi David Sandoz,

    My apologies that this is happening for you and your team. Are you able to check and see if this is the same when using our mobile application?

    Also, is this happening for you across all web browsers? We would likely have to take a look so, when you have a free moment, would you kindly create a support case with us here - Customer Service (citrix.com)

    Thanks for your prompt reply Dana P.

    My colleague and I were both using the web app from a desktop browser. We didn't check whether it happens on the mobile app. We're mostly desktop users.

    I've opened a support case as you suggested.
