Reminder email related to date field

Hi all, 

I believe this question is very easy and I try to see if someone has already asked the same... but I'm a newbie :)

My goal is to send a reminder email to the client 3 days before the "briefing date". 

For sure I'm doing something wrong because it's not working. Bellow is what I have for now. 

Do you think you can help me figuring out what's not working / or what is missing?

  Add the email id of reply back in Reply-to Address email will trigger when criteria met
