Creating relationships with two data fields

Hello,

I have a question about creating relationships.

I have created an app and I wanted to connect it with another app based on two different fields. 

I need two different data fields to create a relationship otherwise the relationship will not be created correctly. 

However, I cannot find a way to create a relationship with two fields.

  I need to create a relationship between 3 apps, simply 1 app referencing to 2 other apps, is it possible?
