NDAs with RightSignature App Pack

An App Pack with Podio Workflow Automation (PWA) flows has been published by the Podio App Team at Citrix: NDA’s with RightSignature. This pack is available for free and usable by any customer organization licensed with Podio Premium and Citrix RightSignature.

Combined with a Citrix RightSignature account, this pack manages the full lifecycle of a non-disclosure agreement (NDA).  Using data from a Podio item, a document will be generated with merge fields, routed for signature, and tracked when the recipient opens the document.  Once a recipient has electronically signed the document, a Podio notification is triggered and the signed document is attached to the Podio item. 

A standard NDA document template is included with the pack.  This template can be customized within the PWA flows.  Additional merge fields can also be added to the Podio app and used with the PWA flows.
