Request of Company domain name change
Hi there,
We are about to change our company name and our main domain name and we would like to know the steps to follow in order to keep all our data from the old domain and transfer it to the new one.
All of our team will have to update the email addresses different than from what we normally use to log into Podio. Also, as we are adding more team members, we all want to now log in with our new domain names.
How can we set this up, so that we don't lose all of our information and workflows?

Thank you for posting your question here for our support team!
You can change the name and the URL of your organization, through the "Settings" page. To access, hover over your org name and click on the wrench icon.
From there, click on "Settings" in the drop-down list and update both the name and by clicking on "Change URL" link. Our guide to this process can be found here - https://help.podio.com/hc/en-us/articles/201018998-Organization-settings
