    Yep, same problem. I found a way to submit a ticket a while back, but can't remember. Really terrible support service for such a great platform.

    Problem solved. I update the credit card and made the payment with success.

    My apologies that this has happened, but glad that you were able to resolve it. We have had some issues for some customers where they are not able to access their billing page and make a payment.

    Typically trying again at a later time will allow you to access and make a payment. In the meantime, we apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience while we work to resolve it.

    I'm having the same issue. My account is set to auto pay but I am getting an error message when I try to fix it. And I have been trying at different times all day.

    Same issue here.  Not able to pay invoice or change credit card, also no way to reach support.   Glad I didn't put all my eggs in one basket.  Oh well, I'm just going to switch platforms, business must go on.
