Can't update my credit card information!

    What you can do is to update with a new card info, make the payment and then update it to the previous card. This also has to do with the inability to store multiple credit cards as payment methods. Hope that someone find this useful, as well mcdvoice

    My apologies that this is happening when attempting to access your billing information. 

    Our Podio team is aware of, and working hard to resolve, an issue for some customers where they are not able to view past invoices or make payments. 

    This will typically occur during peak hours and, as such, we would ask to try again later in the day. You should have access again around at 2-3pm EST once more to view and pay as the system resets itself.

    We understand that this is a huge ask from us, but appreciate your patience and understanding while we work to resolve this issue.
