Notification - able to find it again
Hi,
When recieving a notification, I get the notification in Podio as "Unread" (in Danish "Ulæst").
When I have read it, the notification change status to "All" (in Danish "Alle") and dissaper from "Unread".
That works is fine.
BUT sometimes I want to keep the notification marked with a star or something else, so that I am able to easily find it again as there is something in the notification I have to follow up on.
As it works today I have to scroll down the list of already read notification and find the wanted notification and then I have to mark it as "Unread".
I would suggest a new feature:
Possibility of marking a notification with a "save mark" when resding it.
A new list besides the lists "All" and "Unread" where the marked notifications is stored.
The function should work both on computer en when using a mobile phone.
Hope you will look at this suggestion for a new feature as lot of our sales force read notifications on their mobile phone between meeting and are giving up on finding notifications they are to follow up on.
Thanks:)

Good suggestion. I wanted to share some workarounds I've seen that might help you.
A lot of Windows users right click on the notification and open it in a new tab or window so that the notification remains visible as "unread."
I'm not personally a Mac user but whatever the right-click equivalent is on Mac should work as well.
On mobile, I tend to "mark unread" immediately after looking at the details of the notification

Hi Bill,
Thank you for the quick response :)We are all using Windows, so therefore I have tried to right click.
But unfortunally I can't see the function of saving in a new window:We use a lot of tagging (@) in our notifications for giving tasks (we also use the normal task-possibility sometimes) and asking questions, so we really miss the possibility of setting a star-marking :)

Hi Githa,
I just wanted to add to Bill's suggestion as well.
Along with that @ mentioning tags, we also offer user defined tags. When you click on the item, you can add your tags to it as well, which are searchable in the search bar. You can find out more about tags through our guide here - https://help.podio.com/hc/en-us/articles/201019678-Tags
Would this also be something that would help you?Best,
