Service from Podio
I am a Podio Partner who is getting very frustrated by the lack of response from the Podio team. I have sent messages to the support and my Podio contact and neither has replied in over 2.5 weeks.
My client has been an existing user of Podio for a number of years with hundreds of users. They are wanting to up their membership value quite significantly with the work we are doing for them yet neither my client nor I am getting a response.
Can you please reply?
