Managing Members Within Workspaces

Hello! I'm hiring a contractor and am wondering if I can invite them to a workspace and give them access to a select number of apps within that workspace rather than all of the apps. Any way to get this done?

  Hi Brandon - unfortunately you can't give the contractor access to specific apps only.  You have two options:

  - Provide access to the full workspace

  - Provide access to individual App items (via the item sharing feature).

  Apart from the solution suggested by Bill, you can also distribute your data/Apps into multiple workspaces and get a better access control.
