    You could do this by creating a separate app (maybe called interviews) with a calculation title, a reference field(back to the main item), a category field, and a date field. With globiflow, you could automate the creation of the app items so it is less cumbersome. You would get the functionality you are looking for without waiting for Podio to release the capability. If you would like help, pm me.

    You could also have a category field called Interview Stage  that had 1st, 2nd, 3rd. 4th, 5th etc as the categories, then use a calculation as your first field

    @Interview Stage + " | " + @Name

    In addition if you had a different colour for each category you can now link that colour to the calendar item

    Hi

    I have a similar issue: My apps' first field is a calculation field that I want to use as calendar title. A couple of fields further down I have a category field. In the category field settings I checked "Color in Calendar". What happens now is that calendar entries are colored according to the selected category item (which is good), but the title in calendar view is the text of the selected category item (which is not what I want). AFAIK Podio shall always pick the first field as calendar entry? Does anyone have suggestions on this?

    Regards

    Volker

    Hi Volker,

    The first field should always show in the calendar event. I wasn't able to reproduce what you described - can you please contact us in a private support ticket and include a few screenshots? We'll be happy to take a look.
