Help center format
I don't like this help center. I can't find what I search, easily.
Instead of using this website, why don't we use PODIO, itself as a help center.? For instance, Globiflow does it very well. We can easily search there without loosing our work. Maybe others want it, too. Lets see.
Thanks for your feedback. We've always used Zendesk for our help center since this is what we also use for our support tickets, and so far haven't had a good reason to switch to something else (such as Podio!) Could you give an example of something you're searching for and can't find?

One good reason for why we are using an external site for support and not Podio is for the very rare occasions that Podio is not working as expected (delays or performance issues). If we used Podio as the main support site, we wouldn't be able to support our customers if Podio was not functioning - so having same site would be a bit of a risk in those rare situations.
