Relationship Search correctly parsing records that use a calculation as a title

When searching for another record in a relationship field that uses a calculation as a title, you are not allowed to search with any natural language, or keywords. It has to be exactly in order of the text in the calculation field. 

e.g if I search for a record with the title Norma's - Bump Up 31 Dec 9:00am-4:00pm, the record will show up. But if I searched for Norma's 31 Dec, it would not.

  This is a limitation of the search tool. We don't currently have any plans around updating search but if anything changes we'll let you know.

  Hey Jacquelyn, 

  Fair enough, it's just it seriously makes an impact on the way we work. I have to train people on how to search in Podio, and often they give up searching, or open another tab with a list of items so they can type in the search exactly what it wants.

  This makes Podio look very barbaric. Previous suggestions of typing in the item ID is even more out of the question.

  Seems pretty fundamental to how people would use references to other apps. All searches should be wide ("contains" instead of "exact match"), and it would also be really helpful if the record that's displayed in the drop-down list shows more than just the first field.
