Limit in Podio CSV?

So I know there's a 500 Limit in Podio Query but how about if it's CSV Query? Until how many items can I get?

Also can I use offset on that?

You can use offset also in the "podio query". By CSV query you mean perhaps Excel-export? That is limited to 1000 items and can use offset, too.
