Hide archived app items from search

I would really like for the info from archived apps to not appear in searches, both on mobile and desktop.  There is a reason why I have archived the apps, I am not currently using them in any way, but at the same time I do not want to delete them in case someone wants to use the app in the future.  But I do not need to see the archived info when I do searches.

  I think this is a problem. You can do a mistake inserting items in an archived app.

  Agreed Alessandro, I accidentally updated info in an archived app yesterday which just wasted time.

  You can add me to the list of people that would find this massively useful.

   

  Right now I'm writing a Globiflow workflow to archive projects and deliverables to an excel spreadsheet and save that in a dedicated app where it can be restored from if needed - but its a pig of a work-around when a "hide from search" option would work even better

  At leats it would be nice with a red bar in the top telling that you are now working in an archived app.

  3 years later, still really need a way to exclude completed or archived items from search!
