Help on verifying Webhooks

    Shouldn't be. Are you 100% sure the production server is generally available (ie. not behind firewall etc), and that you have the correct url entered in Podio?

    If so, you can send your details (app id, API key, url of webhook, time you have requested the verification) to support@podio.com and we can look in the logs.

    I just double checked the url. I clicked verify button and saw no response on the server. Copy/past the url into an browser and can see the entries in the log file from that.

    I did initially contact support@podio.com and the response I got back was

    "I'm sorry to say that we do not provide private support for our API, but if you have questions you can direct them to our Developer Forums"

    Should I resubmit the issue?
