Customized link in comment

Hi,

I'm looking for a way to customize a link in a comment object (not embeded_url, just a simple link) via API with PodioComment::create or directly in comment fields.

I've tried some standard markdown syntaxe as mentioned here but they didn't work. The purpose is to inject some javascript in onclick action and redirect the link to an external popup instead of a target _blank like it does.

Someone have any ideas?

  Hi Irzhy,

  Comments do support markdown. However, javascript injection is not allowed anywhere, as it would lead to security holes in Podio. So I'm afraid what you are trying to do is simply not possible.

  i've been a quite sure that it would have some security inconvenient. i guess there is no way to deal with that!?
