Including tokens in automated workflows

Hi,

Is there a way to pass token values when creating an automated workflow? The kind of behavior I'm hoping to replicate is this:

The selection of a specific category value in Item X, which is titled Alpha, in App A of Workspace Bravo triggers the creation of new item Y, also titled Alpha, in App B in Workspace Charlie.

So what I'd want to do there is set an automated workflow where we pass the token of [title] from Item X in App A into the field for Title in Item Y in App B. Is there a way we can do that in Podio right now? Thanks in advance for your help!
