Removing a from organization

If we remove a user from the organization will this also remove them from workspaces they included in?

We are interested in removing users from the employee network, but we still want them to have access to the workspaces they are associated to.

  Hey Andy,

  It is not possible to remove someone from the employee network and keep access to workspaces.

  You can remove members from the overall organisation using the User Management page: https://help.podio.com/hc/en-us/articles/201019828-User-Management

  This will remove them from all workspaces.

  You can remove the member from individual workspaces if you are workspace admin, go to the workspace, click the wrench icon above the workspace activity stream, then choose "manage members", now click on the member you want to remove.

  By removing a user from Org, rather than removing from every single workspace. Time consuming task to remove a user when he/she is a member of over 20-30 workspaces. Doing so, will it also remove all comments and activities of the user?
