Phone Scrolling shortcomings

My task list is too long, which is my problem.

But when I scroll down (iOS and iPad), and reach the bottom to wait for more items, the list refreshes and puts me back on the top when new items are loaded.

i would like to not have to scroll down again.

When I view by Delegated, This is really hard as I have over 50+ delegated to individual team members and no easy way to review stuff when I have to keep scrolling. I can't sort by delegee and get the ones I want to to the top.

This scroll feature should continue where it is stuck (while downloading the next batch to display)
