Podio pricing must be competitive and reflect the value delivered to our customers. To that end, we occasionally perform price testing of our current product. We use these tests to inform future pricing decisions.Therefore you see different pricing options (user based vs. item based) when visiting our website.

And btw, there is no current plans to change the existing pricing model. If, in the future, we were to change the price of Podio, customers will be given ample advanced notice.
