I still have to use Google Calendar to send out individual meeting items to people. It would actually be fantastic to be able to send out invites to people inside the organization with a "personal" calendar that is not related to any workspaces. It would also be great to be able to create an item within the a user's global calendar and choose which app/workspace it would belong to! That way we're not always subjected to going into the workspace first to access the calendar. Permissions would automatically be applied.

Without this or something similar there is still a need to break away from Podio and use something like Google Calendar to manage individual one on one invites.
