Set the date of expiry of the task and send task to multiple colleagues

Hi
when I create a task, I can only set the expiration date and time but not the date of the end of the task.
Would it be possible? We use task also to organize meetings and communicate the import order.
It would also be possible to send a task to multiple colleagues?

  When I create a task, I can only insert date/time to start but how tough the task, or when it ends.
  It would be possible to do so?

  Hi Lucio,

  Thank you for the screenshot. Tasks do not have a duration, only a (optional) due date. This is how the functionality is designed. If you need more complex tasks where you can set a duration, start and end date, I suggest building up your own custom app for tasks. Here's more on that topic:
