    Hi Graham,

I'm afraid Vumber is not a supported integration with Podio at the moment. You can see a list of all the services we can integrate with here:

    https://help.podio.com/hc/en-us/articles/201019178-Overview-of-services

    Thanks for the feedback!

I've seen individuals import leads from calling a vumber number. How are they integrating this?

    Hey Michael,

Podio is built on an open API so perhaps they have built this integration using the developers API: https://developers.podio.com/?

    Cheers,

I am also trying to duplicate what I have seen several companies do ... they import Vumber voicemails and even hangups with an audio attachment etc. I have heard that you may have to set Vumber to send an email to the workspace's unique email? Would love some more info on this!

    Hey Jacilyn,

Perhaps a Podio partner can help you build this: https://podio.com/site/partners/find-a-partner

    Just a thought :)

    Easy!
Open the app that you want the Vumber messages to come into.
    Click the wrench icon.
    Choose email to app.
Copy the email address in the grey box at the bottom of the window.
Then go to your Vumber settings and configure it to send an email notification with attachment.
Paste in the Podio email address.

Now whenever you get a Vumber message, it will create a new record in your Podio app.
The email subject line appears to get inserted into the first text field in your app and the body of the email appears to get inserted into the first multi-line text field in your app.
The voice mail itself will be attached as a file to the record at the bottom and can be listened to from within Podio just by clicking it.
