In order to streamline the workflow, I have got many instances where apps are reciprocally linked - e.g. an "Company" app references a "Contact" app and vice versa. So when entering any kind of contact information, a user can start adding contact data first and then use the reference to the company app to add the company data, as well as vice versa. However, the disadvantage of this approach is that such references appear twice in the respective items. One the one hand, the referenced data is available through the "App reference" field, on the other hand, the referenced data is available under "related items", which makes items longer than they need o be. A possible solution would be for Podio to check whether there are reciprocal references between two apps, and if that is the case, list the data under the referenced app field, and not under "related items" (or vice versa; or even better: let the user decide where the data should appear...)
