Hello - Curious if anyone came up with a solution on this one. I have a similar application where I will have a massive list of street names and I am looking for a type ahead-like feature so individuals do not need to scroll through thousands of street names. Thank you

I would also like to know direction on this topic. I loved @scottmorris example of an IT helpdesk too, but I was simply wondering how to limit the number of choices for an internal lookup, like when looking up deliverables referenced on timesheets - they should be limited to those associated with the project on the timesheet line item. This issue becomes a bigger one as more and more projects/contacts/companies/leads/deliverables/any records accumulate.

This is a great feature idea. I'd say that it is absolutely impossible from a privacy and business perspective to let everybody browse through your customers list.

Compared to your lookup idea I'd prefer the possibility to embed a company specific webform in a unique page for that company. You could then give each company an individual URL pointing to "their" webform. No lookup required, no looking up or browsing your companies app possible.

Me too - facing the same limitation because of privacy. Would love to see this implemented!

+1 on this type ahead lookup feature to ensure privacy in lists of client or company names. Hello Podio?

    Hi guys,

We've been following this thread and it's an interesting idea for sure. It's unfortunately pretty complex from a technical view point so not an easy fix I'm afraid. My suggestion for now, and that works for many even if it does require an extra click, is to instead use a text field and add the relationship manually to the item when received.
