Add sizing controls to image previews

My company has an app for design mockups, which we all view in our meeting and discuss. The problem is that the image preview (light-box or whatever) has very limited controls. It's nice that we can download the image from there, but that's a lot of extra steps and slows us down.

It'd be great to have navigational/sizing controls within the popup: adjust the dialog dimensions, scale percentages, etc.. In the short term, it'd be nice just to reduce the vertical cap on large media. Square mockups look good, but anything tall (say, a full height site preview) is too reduced to be useful.

Again, the idea is a quick view of all the attached images without having to download the full size.
