Download All Attachments

Would it be possible to add an option, something like "Download all files/attachment" for PODIO? Sometimes I found myself wasting lots of time downloading post attachments one by one especially of they are photos.

Hey all,
This is now possible in Podio! Click "Actions" when viewing an item, then select "Download all" to get all attached files.

Hi, it's been 10 months but the option still doesn't exist. I'm starting to really need this now as it's such a hassle do manually download files when exporting from podio. This takes up hours of valuable time and not having this option is rendering podio useless when files need to be stored with date (and this happens a lot!)
Is it be so hard to make an option to export all files, next to the export to excel option?

While there is no option to move an app to another workspace and no option to include the attached files and no option to export all attached files for over years now and Podio is not answering questions on this subject and is not developing these features, i'm a very disappointed customer. We have created multiple apps with lots of records. We need to re-arrange workspaces so we will be able to control user access better. Which should be a simple database task, becomes a real nightmare: Clone all apps, relink linked items (works sometimes). Export all attached files manually and reimport them. Will take over a week and possible lost of data. Why is Podio ignoring customer request?

My deepest apologies to you and your team.
While you may use the "Download All" feature when you need to download attachments from an individual item(s). Unfortunately, you won't be able to do this at the application level, at the moment.

Yes, we have been focused primarily on security for our members with the introduction of the two-factor authentication scheme provided the profile.
Also, we have been working diligently to improve our backend infrastructure as well to provide more stability for the product, and one in which we continue to work on as well.
While I do not have a road map for these features, we take these requests very seriously. As with any changes, they need to be evaluated against functionality and platform stability, which can sometimes be a long process.

Clearly it is a weakness of Podio not having this feature. I manage a lot of coumentation related with projects in Podio and I need to can share Data Rooms with my customers and they need to be able to can do bulk download of the info I make available for them.
Please work on this it will make Podio extremly more usefull.
