Add to and remove from more workspaces

The org I'm in have a limited employee rooster but many workspaces with "external consultants". I adding new people I have to invite the consultants to each workspace, and remove them again from each.

It would be nifty if the "add people" could allow for adding to more workspaces in one go. Also to reduce number of email invites. 

Similarly to make sure a "retired consultant" is out remove him from all workspaces (maybe the admin acces of the domain can do this?)

  Hey Jesper,

  That is a good point. For now you need to invite to each workspace. However if you have a Premium org you can use the User Management tool to remove the employee or external user from all workspaces in one click: https://help.podio.com/entries/21696452-User-Management

  Have premium :-) 

  Still +1 for adding to more workspaces, where the member is not necessarily in the employee network

  I agree that this would be an incredibly helpful feature - for internal employees as well. Having to manually add a new employee to all workspaces is a pain!
