Add New item in App Reference dropdown - similar to Add New Contact

It would be great to have an "Add New Item" selection in the dropdown for an app reference that pulled up a new entry popup form for the referenced item.  This would be the same as Add a new contact when choosing workspace contacts.   This way I wouldn't have to open a bunch of windows.

  Hey everyone!

  As of today this is possible :) Now when adding an app reference, you'll see a "Create new item" option at the bottom.
