Yes. Please. We definitely need a way to export the leads we are building.

    Hi there,

Is there currently a way to export the database to xml? Not quite clear on the suggestion above. I appreciate your time. Thanks so much!!

    Hi all,

I have some exciting news for you. Just today we launched a new system to give you beautiful PDFs and exports of your Podio. The webapp is in a closed beta, but we are inviting people continuously to try it out:  http://podiadd.com/

Let me know what you think :)

It is reassuring to me to know that third parties are investing in Podio extensions.

On the other hand, It makes me think that if Jacob Funch is going to sell a Podio print + backup service... maybe he has some key information about the actual Podio roadmap (ie: not to release printing, nor backup in the middle term) .

Anyway  thank you Jacob for trying to fulfill our needs!

Could you please disclose us the main features of your backup service? Is it a real backup, I mean able to take scheduled snapshots of the Podio environment, or is it a mirror service, able to make a single copy, on demand, or - better - to transparently synch and update an offline mirror copy of our workspace data?

    Thanks

    Hi Leonardo,

I don't have any information from Podio whether they will improve their print and backup. I have my own theories that backup could take some time for them to implement.

Podiadd backup right now is a simple snapshot of your workspace or app. But due to restrictions from Podio (limitation on API), we are working on a different solution which takes scheduled backups of your Podio setup with a history timeline. It will happen transparently without any need for user action. We have to temporarily shut down our backup solution on Podiadd for now and only let a smaller group of users try it out. If we opened to everyone at this stage our app would be blocked by Podio API limit. Sadly that is the facts.

As a Podio Preferred Partner we have developed two robust extensions that can handle backing up all of your Podio data and the other that will allow you to create Printing Templates for your Podio items.

More information on each can be found on our website.

    Hi everyone,

for backup your Podio organization/workspace (including files and comments - as well as csv export for comments) you might want to look into https://podio.com/extensions/28 (or directly: https://www.crm-cloud-backup.com ).

    Cheers, Daniel
