I have a unique challenge that I'm trying to tackle. I don't think it's possible in Podio. But if it is that would be great. Here's the situation. We created an app called "Tasks" that we use as our main task tool. It has a bunch of custom fields including a due date, task name, etc. We also have 4 (possibly 5) other apps that are used to collect information from customers (each form has a different collection purpose). Technically, any item that is submitted through one of the customer collection forms is a considered a task. So the way it's set up right now, there is the main task app but then we have 4 or 5 other apps that we have to check regarding things that need to be done. It's a lot of extra work. What would be awesome is if when one of the 4 or 5 customer webform apps is submitted, certain pieces of submitted information would be passed on to the main task app to create a new task item with a reference back to the customer submitted app item. For example, let's say the item name that is submitted by the customer would automatically create and populate a new main task app item name and the due date submitted by the customer would populate the due date of the main task app item. Not all of the information submitted by the customer would need to pass over to create a task on the main app item, but the name and due date would be great. Hopefully that makes sense. We're just trying to figure out how to reduce the number of places people have to check for new / task items. It's kind of a pain right now. If it's not possible, by default, is there a way to create an api to do it? Thanks!
