Embedded video player

Hi, I want to be able to embed a video player within Podio (without uploading the video to YouTube or somewhere else), is there a way? Currently it is attached as an .mp4 that when clicked prompts to download. Should I be using a different video format?

Cheers, Ben.

Hey Ben, this is not available in Podio. Encoding videos is very hard, so that's why we have chosen to support embedding from YouTube and Vimeo via the "Link" field in Podio.

Nevermind -- turns out the video was set to "private" inside Vimeo.

I had the same problem as Nick, for Unlisted/Private YouTube Vids.  In my opinion, this should not happen for Unlisted vids.  And should be allowed through the google account integration if the viewer is allowed to watch the video.  Can we improve this functionality?

any update on this for private Vimeo or Youtube? I can't seem to get either to work. We primarily use private vimeo videos for our employees...
