No, default values for webforms are not supported, but it's certainly something we're considering to add.

webform - hidden values
Hi
Is it possible to add static hidden values to a webform? - I need to be able to "see" from what page the submit was done - with client javascript maybe

oki thx - can you think of any workaround for now?
I also need to "hide" the actual default value - so injection of hidden values would be great
The only workaround I can think of is to create separate apps with the same fields, make a webform for each, and then join the data from all them into a single app later via excel export/import.
