I've seen this question being asked for the past 2 or more years. I have a desperate need to share one app in a workspace that may have 15 apps in it. I don't want the person to have access to all my apps, just one app (maybe a Seller Leads app or something). Right now I have to either add them to my entire workspace, or clone a separate workspace with just the one app - which is highly inefficient... or I would need to share an item, which in most cases doesn't make sense because I'd be sharing hundreds of items, and that is highly confusing on the end users end.
It seems this would be a core feature or at least on the radar since it's been asked over and over again for at least 2 years or more. Is there any movement to this, or is there a reason why it hasn't been implemented yet... maybe due to a programming challenge of some sort?
In my business, I may have someone in charge of calling new leads back, or I may have someone else working on leads that are farther along in the pipeline in some fashion. I may not want the person who is a sales person seeing all the back end apps dealing with more sensitive information of client work or other sensitive infrastructure. I may also not want my back end person having to mess with the front end leads that come in. I would want to keep what they see separate for a couple reason: 1) more efficient work focus on tasks, and 2) to protect my proprietary information and not give the "keys to the kingdom" to everyone I need on the Workspace.
This will be an awesome feature!
