Please! I need to do this for Events once they have passed. Otherwise my registration webform still has expired events and confuses customers.

3. Ability to hide time in date field on web forms

I'm new to CSS. Is it supposed to work if I just paste those strings into the custom CSS under theme? I tried but the time field is still showing up.
