You are correct @Unique_id is equivalent to app_item_id. I don't think there is a way to display item_id in a calculation. Why do you need item_id?

I agree with Charlie. I just wish we had app level permissions, including if you can assign tasks to a particular app. Should just be an option on the app, just like files or voting. I'm not sug...
