Thanks,  I can't change this for my users can I?  They'll have to do that manually.. right?

3. Date format from mm/dd/yyyy to yyyy/mm/dd

Also a 24 hour format would be better...   AM/PM Sucks! No offense!

Also a option to have 24 hour format, instead of the annoying US time standards with their PM and AM stuff.
