Hi Charlie, as an example, I use iCal on all of my devices and I use the color coding as a means to differentiate between internal meetings, external meetings, private stuff, vacation, etc.

+1 !! Not being able to color code your Podio calendar really disappoints me. Come on, Podio, you're so cool in many other areas.. Why not this simple one? Do better, please!
